摘要
[目的]观察益气和胃中药配合西药治疗糖尿病胃轻瘫疗效。[方法]对42例糖尿病胃轻瘫在西药降糖或(和)胰岛素控制血糖、糖尿病饮食基础上,使用益气和胃中药进行治疗,治疗30d进行疗效判定。[结果]痊愈19例,显效21例,有效2例,总有效率100.00%。[结论]益气和胃中药配合西药治疗糖尿病胃轻瘫疗效满意。
[Objective]To observe yiqi and stomach primarily proprietary Chinese medicine for diabetic gastroparesis curative effect.[Methods]All patients were to diabetes diet,oral glucose-lowering medications or（and） insulin to control blood sugar,the treatment group on this basis using yiqi and stomach primarily proprietary Chinese medicine,daily a dose of observation curative effect.Results among 42 patients,by continuous 2 treatment after treatment,powerfully 19.45%.[Result]21 patients,50%;Invalid in 2 cases,5%.The total effective rate of 95%.[Conclusion] Using yiqi and stomach primarily proprietary Chinese medicine to daily a dose of treatment diabetic gastroparesis effect is obvious.
