中西医结合治疗痛风性关节炎40例

TCM and Western Medicine Treatment of 40 Cases of Gouty Arthritis

[目的]观察中西医结合治疗痛风性关节炎疗效。[方法]将75例痛风随机分为两组,对照组35例应用塞来昔布胶囊(西乐葆)、别嘌醇口服,治疗组40例在对照组基础上加用中医汤剂口服及患处中药外用熏洗。观察治疗1w、2w后血尿酸下降水平、胃肠道反应、白细胞减少、肝肾损害、皮疹等药物不良反应。随访3月,观察复发情况。[结果]治疗1w、2w后,治疗组临床疗效均优于对照组(P<0.05),血尿酸、血沉变化治疗组疗效优于对照组(P<0.05);随访3个月复发率治疗组疗效低于对照组(P<0.05)。[结论]中西医综合治疗痛风性关节炎疗效好于单纯西药,效果稳定。

[Objective]TCM and Western medicine treatment of gouty arthritis.[Method]75 cases of gout were randomly divided into two groups,control group 35 cases celecoxib capsules（Celebrex）,oral allopurinol treatment group of 40 patients in the control group based on the decoction of Chinese medicine Oral and affected area with Chinese herb fumigation.Observation and treatment 1w,2w decreased serum uric acid levels,gastrointestinal reactions,leukopenia,liver and kidney damage,skin rashes and other adverse drug reactions.Follow-up in March to observe the recurrence.[Results]1 week,2 weeks,the clinical efficacy of the treatment group than the control group（P〈0.05）,uric acid,erythrocyte sedimentation rate changes in the treatment group than the control group（P〈0.05）;followed up for 3-month recurrence rate in the treated group efficacy than the control group（P〈0.05）.[Conclusion]TCM and Western medicine treatment of gouty arthritis is better than Western medicine alone,the effect is stable.
