心-踝血管指数在经皮冠状动脉介入治疗前后的应用价值 被引量:1

The clinical value of cardio-ankle vascular index(CAVI)and left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF) in evaluation on therapeutic efficacy of percutaneous coronary intervention

摘要 目的探讨心-踝血管指数(cardio-ankle vascular index,CAVI)和左室射血分数(left ventricular ejection fraction,LVEF)在经皮冠状动脉介入(PCI)治疗前评估和治疗后疗效评价中的应用价值及指标间的相关性。方法 2011年1—6月在我院行冠状动脉造影的患者83例,根据冠脉造影的结果和介入治疗情况将研究对象分为PCI组(50例)和对照组(33例)进行临床资料的比较,应用CAVI和LVEF作为治疗前评估和治疗后疗效的评价及随访的指标。结果与治疗前相比,CAVI在PCI治疗后降低[(8.20±2.85)vs(6.65±2.78),P<0.05];LVEF在PCI后升高,为48.20%±15.86%vs56.65%±10.56%(P﹤0.05)。相关分析显示,PCI治疗前CAVI与LVEF呈负相关(r=-0.216,P<0.05)。PCI治疗后CAVI与LVEF呈负相关(r=-0.432,P<0.05)。结论 CAVI和LVEF测定在PCI治疗前评估和治疗后疗效评价中有较高的应用价值。 Objective To explore clinical value of cardio-ankle vascular index(CAVI)and left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF)in evaluation on therapeutic efficacy of percutaneous coronary intervention(PCI).Methods 83 patients of coronary angiography(CAG)included in our study,mean age 59.6±10.5 years(range 27~77 years).Automatic blood pressure device and color Doppler ultrasound were used to measure CAVI and LVEF as parameters to reflect therapeutic efficacy of percutaneous coronary intervention.Results In cornparison to pre-therapy,CAVI were lower in post-therapy[(8.20±2.85)vs(6.65±2.78),P〈0.05];LVEF were higher in post-therapy(48.20±15.86% vs 56.65±10.56%,P﹤0.05).Relationship analysis results demonstrated that in pre-therapy and post-therapy CAVI were negatively correlated with LVEF(r=-0.216,P〈0.05 and r=-0.432,P〈0.05).Conclusions CAVI and LVEF had high value in evaluation on therapeutic efficacy of PCI.
