用于激光夜视成像的半导体激光器整形光源

摘要 激光夜视成像技术包括LED夜视技术和激光夜视技术。目前,虽然LED照明器拥有巨大的市场潜力,但由于其低效率,易损坏等不利因素无法满足激光夜视成像在其领域内的应用。根据这些,在本文中设计了半导体激光器整形照明模型,我们通过光学设计软件ZEMAX仿真了整个光束整形过程。通过这种方式,解决了激光多模分布所导致的照明视场不均,从而可实现远场的清晰成像。 The active night vision imaging technologies contain LED night vision technology and laser night vision technology. At present, although LED illuminator has a huge market, it can't meet the requirements for night vision imaging in many areas due to the disadvantages of low lighting efficiency, easy to be damaged and so on. According to the above, a shaped illuminating simulation module of semiconductor laser is designed in this paper, and we have simulated the whole beam shaping process by optical design software ZEMAX. Through this method, we not only solve the problems of non-uniform beam of single tube laser diode caused by Gaussian beam, but also obtain a clear image at a long distance.
