热疗与低剂量辐射对小鼠免疫相关指标的影响

Influence of thermo-therapy combined with low-dose radiation on related immune indexes of mice

目的研究热疗及低剂量辐射对小鼠免疫相关指标的影响。方法把20只小白鼠分为4组,1组热疗,1组低剂量辐射,1组热疗与低剂量辐射相结合,1组只单纯化疗,对比观察4组小白鼠免疫指标(IL-2,CD4,CD8,CD4/CD8)的变化。结果热疗联合低剂量辐射与单纯热疗、低剂量辐射治疗、化疗相比较,小鼠免疫相关指标升高。结论热疗与低剂量辐射能够提高小鼠免疫系统功能。

Objective To investigate the impact of thermo-therapy combined with low dose radiation on the mice immune related indexes.Method The 20 mice were divided into 4 groups equally： group 1 received thermo-therapy,group 2 low dose radiation,groups 3 thermo-treatment with low dose radiation,group 4 only chemotherapy;the mice four immune indexes（IL-2,CD4,CD8,CD4/CD8） change were observed.Result Low doses of radiation combined with thermo-therapy compared with simple hyperthermia,low dose radiation therapy,chemotherapy,the mice four immune related indexes was all increased.Conclusion Thermo-therapy plus low dose radiation can improve the function of mice immune system.
