高校是培养青年马克思主义者的重要场所,大学生是培养青年马克思主义者的重点群体。近年来,东北师范大学以把脉当代大学生思想特点、成长规律、认知规律为基础,坚持一般培养和精英塑造相结合、理论教育与实践教育相结合、即时应对和长期教育相结合、传统阵地和现代阵地相结合、学校教育与社会培养相结合等原则,有力确保了培养对象全面性、培养动力持久性、培养实施全程性、培养载体实效性和培养环境的衔接性,形成了大学生青年马克思主义者的实践育人模式。

The universities are important places to cultivate group of young Marxians.In recent years,based on the law of the university students＇ particular way of thinking and recognition,Northeast Normal University not only insists on common cultivation,theory education,instant dealing,traditional manners and college education,but also emphasizes on special cultivation,practical education,long-time dealing,modern manners and social education so that it creates a practical exploration mode for cultivating university young Marxians.It makes sure that the result would be across-the-aboard,deport,whole-progressed,gradual and effective.
