民国时期,全国铁路运输会议是交通部(铁道部)下属的以讨论铁路运输及附属运输各业务之改良统一及进行为宗旨的非常设机构。通过以往论者用之甚少的运输会议纪录等史料,考察运输会议的创立、运输会议的议题以及运输会议的意义等内容,可揭示运输会议与中国铁路运营管理制度变迁之关系。

In the Republic of China,the railway transportation conference was a non-permanent organization subordinated to the Ministry of Communications（the Ministry of Railways） and discussed how to improve,unify and carry on the railway transportation and various subsidiary traffic services.This article will reveal the relationship between the railway transportation conference and the change of the railroad operation control system of China by discussing the establishment,the subjects and the significance of the railway transportation conference.
