高黏度低固含量聚醋酸乙烯酯乳液的研制 被引量:4

Synthesis of High-viscosity and Low-solid-content Polyvinyl Acetate Emulsion

摘要 为了研制出一种高黏度、低固含量的改性聚醋酸乙烯酯乳液,采用醋酸乙烯酯与部分功能性单体共聚的办法,研制出一种30%固含量、涂刷性能好、储存稳定、并且具有较高黏度的改性聚醋酸乙烯酯乳液。结果表明,采用10质量份的PVA2488做保护胶体,在80~85℃进行接枝反应,APS用量为0.5质量份,改性单体mA、mB的用量分别为3.5质量份和1.5质量份时,所生产出的高黏度聚醋酸乙烯酯乳液有较好的综合性能。 In order to synthesis a kind of PVAc emulsion with high viscosity, 30% solid content, good painting performance and storage stability, the PVAc emulsion is modified by copolymerization of vinyl acetate and functional monomer. The research shows that when the protective colloid PVA2488 amount is 10 portion, the grafting temperature is 80-85℃, the amount of mA is 3.5 portion, and the amount of mB is 1.5 portion, the synthesized PVAc has better comprehensive properties .
