摘要
以Al2O3作为催化剂的载体,考察了两种改性的HZSM-5催化剂在载体Al2O3上的芳构化反应,第一种是先将Al2O3与HZSM-5混合,然后进行离子改性;第二种是先将Al2O3与HZSM-5进行离子改性,然后再混合。结果表明,用第二种方法制备的催化剂有效地抑制了HZSM-5上的离子向γ-Al2O3上的流失,从而提高了催化剂的活性和稳定性。
With using Al2O3 as a carrier of catalyst, the aromatization reaction of two kinds of modified HZSM-5 catalyst on the carrier Al2O3 was investigated. The first one mixed Al2O3 and HZSM-5, and then made the ion modification take place; the second one modified Al2O3and HZSM-5, and then mixed them. The results showed that the catalyst made by the second method effectively suppressed the ion loss from HZSM-5 to γ-Al2O3 Therefore the activity amt stability of catalytic was improved.
