Voluntary Service Development in Hong Kong from the Perspective of Government Responsibility

在各个国家和地区的志愿服务发展中,政府均扮演着不容忽视的角色。香港是亚太志愿服务的发达地区,政府有效利用自身优势,在财政支持、相关机构建设、预防监管失范、鼓励引导和专业化保障等方面做出了积极的贡献,极大地促进了志愿服务的良性发展。结合内地具体实际,参考借鉴香港经验,对于进一步明晰政府在志愿服务发展中的责任和作为具有一定的意义。

In the development of volunteer service in various countries and regions,the governments have all played an important role.When it comes to voluntary service,Hong Kong is one of the most developed areas in Asian-Pacific region.The Hong Kong government has made full use of its own advantages and made positive contributions in financial support,related organization construction,prevention and supervision anomie,encourgement and professional insurance and enormously promoted the development of voluntary service in Hong Kong.Therefore,it is of great significance to promote the voluntary service in the mainland of China by referring to the experience of Hong Kong.
