摘要 实施绩效考核对企业来说是一柄"双刃剑"。在企业预期通过绩效考核改善企业效益,实现优化管理的同时,也可能使企业面临绩效考核失败的风险企业通过运用风险矩阵和Borda序值法可以对各个阶段考核风险因素的相对重要性进行排序,构建合理的风险评价体系,从而推动和完善了企业的绩效考核机制。 Implementation of performance assessment of the enterprise is a"two-edged sword".While enterprise improves business efficiency and optimal management through performance assessment,it could also enable enterprises to face the risk of failure of performance assessment.Enterprises through the use of risk matrices and Borda method can sort risk factors' relative importance at various stages,and to construct a reasonable risk assessment system.Thus,it promots and improves the company's performance appraisal system to avoid losses brought about by possible failure of the enterprise zone assessment.
