战略性危机管理评价体系的构建对成长型企业的持续发展至关重要。按照层次分析法,以战略过程和成长因素的危机管理脆弱度作为一级指标,构建了可以充分体现战略性和危机性要素的评价指标体系,为提升企业战略性危机管理提供参考。其中,危机应对阶段,以及宏观环境、战略管理和制度安排是成长型企业危机因子中较为重要的方面,应在战略性危机管理中给予更多的关注。

Kvaluation index system of strategic crisis management is very important for growing enterprises.According to analytic hierarchy process,evaluation index system is established in order to provide reference for improving strategic crisis management level.And the evaluation index system takes strategy process and growth factor vulnerability as first-class indicator,fully reflecting the strategic and growth factor.The results show that crisis response process,macro environment,strategic management and institutional arrangement are relatively pivotal in crisis factors,needing more attention.
