瑞芬太尼联合硝酸甘油控制性降压用于腭咽成形术的临床研究 被引量:1

摘要 目的探讨瑞芬太尼联合硝酸甘油用于全麻下腭咽成形术中控制性降压的安全性及可行性。方法将行腭咽成形术全麻醉患者80例,随机分为2组(A,B组)各40例,A组全麻下输注硝酸甘油进行控制性低血压配合手术;B组全麻下在给予硝酸甘油基础上,同时给予泵注瑞芬太尼进行控制性低血压配合手术。观察两组血压、心率(HR),手术时间、术中出血量、硝酸甘油用量。结果两组控制性降压期间收缩压(SBp)、平均动脉压(MAP)均低于麻醉前(P<0.01)。B组控制性降压期间平均动脉压、心率值均低于A组(P<0.05)。B组手术时间、术中出血量及硝酸甘油用量明显低于A组(P<0.05)。结论瑞芬太尼联合硝酸甘油用于全麻下腭咽成形术中控制性降压可达理想的降压效果,有效抑制了术中应激反应,术野质量高。
