系统健康教育模式对肾移植患者焦虑抑郁的影响研究

Studies on the effect of systematic health education on anxiety and depression of kidney transplant patients

目的建立肾移植患者系统健康教育模式,并评价其效果,推进优质护理服务。方法 1)实验组:2010年1月～2011年4月在我院成功接受肾移植的患者,成立医护健康教育小组,编写健康教育手册,确定健康教育内容,制定教育路径,运用护理程序的方法对其实施系统的健康教育;以2008年1月～2009年12月在我院成功接受肾移植的患者为对照组(实施常规健康教育)。2)两组患者均在入院2日内和术后1月采用SAS和SDS量表进行焦虑、抑郁评分,并对照分析。结果系统健康教育模式的建立更能有效的缓解肾移植患者的焦虑抑郁情绪,避免健康教育的低效性和肤浅。结论两组患者术后1月焦虑抑郁评分有统计学差异。

Objective To establish systematic health education for kidney transplant patients,and to evaluate the effectiveness of this system in order to promote quality of nursing care. Methods 1）Patients in experimental groups were received successful kidney transplantation in Sichuan Provincial People＇s Hospital（SPPH） from January 2010 to April 2011.Set up health education group,compiled the systematic health education brochure to determine the content of health education,developed protocols of health education,and applied these protocols with nursing program to implement the systematic health education.Patients in control group were those who received kidney transplantation in SPPH from January 2008 to December 2009,and received normal health education.2）After two days in hospital and one month after operation,patients answered SAS and SDS questionnaire about anxiety,depression.All data were analyzed. Results The systematic health education was more effective in relieving patients＇ anxiety and depression.There was statistically significant difference between patients in experimental group and in control group. Conclusions The establishment of systematic health education successfully prevent low-effectiveness and superficial in heal education,and improve the quality and implication of nursing care.
