摘要
EPC工程项目总承包管理模式代表了现代工程项目总承包管理的主流,成功应用这种模式能达到缩短工期、降低投资的目的。对国内涂装行业EPC的现况和存在的问题进行了剖析,对制约涂装总承包企业开展EPC总承包管理的因素进行了分析,提出了加强涂装EPC管理的若干建议。
EPC general contract project management on behalf of mainstream of the modern project management, successful application of this model to achieve shorter cycle times, reduce investment purposes. The domestic status and the problems of the EPC coating industry and restricting painting contractor for EPC contracting management enterprises were analyzed, a number of recommendations for strengthen management of EPC coating were proposed.
