摘要
大型飞机机翼/副翼连接结构一般由多个连接螺栓共轴相连,副翼上的载荷按连接结构的刚度和传力路线的长短分配后传递给机翼后梁。为考察机翼/副翼连接结构的连接刚度特性,结合大型飞机机翼结构分析工作,利用PATRAN/NASTRAN对机翼/副翼连接结构的刚度特性进行了分析研究。主要从连接耳片厚度、连接位置、以及连接耳片间距三方面分析了副翼载荷通过机翼/副翼连接结构的传递规律,总结连接结构局部刚度变化对载荷传递的影响,所得结论对大型飞机机翼/副翼连接结构的设计有一定的参考价值。
Connecting bolts between the wing and aileron on large aircrafts are generally coaxial link. Loads on aileron pass to the wing Girder after distributed by the length of the routes to it and the connecting structure stiffness. Combined with analysis of the wing structure on the large aircraft, the connection stiffness characteristics of joint structure were analyzed in PATRAN/NASTRAN environment. Transfer rules of loads through the joint structure were studied from thickness, position and space between connection straps. The effects of local stiffness on the load transfer in the connection structures were summarized. The conclusions have some reference value on the joint structure design.
