摘要
以2,2-二甲氧基-2-苯基苯乙酮(DMPA)为引发剂,将四臂端丙烯酸酯聚对二氧环己酮(PPDO-4AC)和聚乙二醇双丙烯酸酯(PEG-DA)经紫外光照射制得PPDO/PEG交联薄膜。研究了光照时间和DMPA用量对PPDO/PEG交联薄膜凝胶含量的影响。DSC研究表明共聚物中两组分的相容性较好,Tg随着共聚物中PEG链段含量增加而增加。体外水解实验结果表明,共聚交联膜水不解降解速率随着PPDO链段含量的增加而加快。
A novel PPDO/PEG crosslinked film was prepared with poly(p-dioxanone)tetraacrylate(PPDO-4AC)and poly(ethylene glycol)diacrylate(PEG-DA)through the UV photopolymerization in the presence of 2,2-dimethoxy-2-phenylacetophenone(DMPA).The influence of irradiation time and amount of DMPA upon the gel content of PPDO/PEG crosslinked films was studied in details.The results from DSC analysis indicated that PPDO and PEG segments have good compatibility in the crosslinked films and Tg of the films increased with increasing content of PEG.The results of in vitro degradation experiment showed that the degradation rate of PPDO/PEG crosslinked films increased with the increase of PPDO content in the film during the degradation.
