医学生就业的心理状况调查分析

Investigation and analysis of medical students′ employment psychological condition

目的了解当前医学生就业时的心理状况。方法采用自拟问卷的形式对新乡医学院2006级、2007级、2008级1 036人在校大学生进行就业心理状况和基本情况调查。结果通过调查分析,医学生在面对就业问题时普遍存在压力、焦虑、恐慌、依赖、自卑、犹豫不决、自傲等心理问题,且这些心理问题的严重程度在不同专业、不同性别、不同年级、不同录取批次之间的比较差别有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论医学生就业过程中存在不同严重程度的心理问题,应给予相应的心理应对措施。

Objective To understand the employment psychological status of medical students.Methods One thousand and thirty-six students were chosen who came from Xinxiang medical college including Grade 2006,Grade 2007 and Grade 2008.The employment psychological condition and the basic condition of them were investigated by the self-made questionnaire.Results The results showed that in the face of employment,psychological problems such as pressure,anxiety,panic,psychological dependence,inferiority hesitant,shilly-shally pride,existed in the medical students generally.The severity of the psychological problems in different professions,different sexuality,different grades and different admitted batches had statistical significance（P〈0.05）.Conclusion There are different severity of the psychological problems during the medical students′ employment process.They should be given corresponding measures to solve their mental problem.
