肠黏膜分泌型免疫球蛋白A产生机制研究进展 被引量:2

摘要 人体内75%以上的免疫球蛋白是IgA,其中绝大多数是存在于黏膜表面的分泌型IgA(SIgA)。SIgA不仅能直接与细菌、病毒等病原体表面抗原结合,阻断或影响其在黏膜上皮细胞表面的定植,而且还能中和病原体所产生的酶和毒素等致病物质,因而,在感染的早期即可对感染的发生和发展产生重要影响,所以,SIgA在黏膜抗感染免疫中处在核心地位。本文综述了肠道IgA类别转换和IgA+B细胞归巢相关机制的研究进展。
