摘要
研究了不同水化时间、养护温度以及缓凝剂对水硬性氧化铝水化增重性能的影响,通过XRD、SEM检测表征了水硬性氧化铝水化产物相组成及其晶型。实验结果表明,水硬性氧化铝水化产物含勃母石和拜耳石;缓凝剂的添加对水硬性氧化铝水化增重率有抑制作用,从而改善浇注料的流动性,提高其强度。
The influence of different temperatures and periods on increasing mass in hydration of hydratable alumina was studied.The phase compositions and microstructures of hydration products were determined with SEM and XRD.The results showed that hydration products were boehmite and bayerite.Adding retarder in hydration process,the weight increase rate of hydratable alumina was restrained,thereby the strength and fluidity of the castables was improved.
