摘要
合成了5种不同的酸性离子液体,分别以新合成的5种酸性离子液体为催化剂,环氧丙烷和CO2为原料,在相同条件下催化合成碳酸丙烯酯,筛选出催化性能最好的酸性离子液体1-丙酸基-3-甲基咪唑溴盐。该离子液体作为催化剂的最佳使用条件为:反应温度110℃,反应压力1.5 MPa,反应时间2 h,n(催化剂)∶n(环氧丙烷)=1∶50。在此条件下环氧丙烷转化率可达到96.4%。
Five acidic ionic liquids were synthesized, and propylene carbonate was synthesized catalytically at the same conditions with propylene oxide and CO2 as the materials and these five acidic ion liquids as the catalysts. An acidic ionic liquid that is best in catalytic performance, i.e. 1 -propionyloxy -3 -methylimid- azole salt, was identified. The optimum conditions for the application of this ionic liquid as catalyst are as fol- lows : reaction temperature : 110 ℃, reaction pressure : 1.5 MPa, reaction time : 2 h, n (catalyst) : n ( propyl- ene oxide) = 1: 50. The conversion of propylene oxide can be as high as 96.4% at such conditions.
