摘要
在正极铅膏和膏时,分别加入1%4BS晶种与不添加4BS晶种,在相同条件下对这两种极板进行常温固化和高温固化的对比试验。试验结果表明:添加4BS晶种的极板无论高温固化还是常温固化,都生成了较多颗粒较均匀的4BS成份,表明添加4BS晶种达到了生成4BS的效果。
When lead paste for positive plates was mixed,one paste was added 1 % tetrabasic lead sulphate seed crystal and the other was not added tetrabasic lead sulphate seed crystal.The contrast test was carried out with these two plates which were cured at the same condition,but one at the normal temperature and the other at the high temperature.The results showed that tetrabasic lead sulphate seed crystal is helpful to the high conversion of uniform tetrabasic lead sulphate crystal both at the normal curing temperature and high curing temperature.
