贴近实际、高精度的铸焊模具是保证良好铸焊质量的前提。本文对生产中铸焊模具出现的问题以及针对模具问题进行改进的方案和过程进行了论述,最后通过对比模具改进前后的实际废损率这一数据指标验证了模具改进思路和方案实施的正确性。

A practicable COS mold with high precision is the guarantee of COS quality.This article discussed the problems of current COS molds and their improved schemes and process.Finally,in contrast to the actual loss reduction rate before and after the improvement of COS mold,the improvement method and correctness of the plan implementation were verified.
