摘要
针对传统中密蓄电池生产过程中人工焊接速度慢的问题,设计了一种新型中密蓄电池焊接机。同时,阐述了该焊接机的工作原理,对其主要机构进行了设计开发。通过焊接试验证明,该中密蓄电池焊接机焊接效率高,焊接质量稳定,满足了设计要求。
Because the speed of the artificial welding was low,a new type of welding machine used in middle-sized gel VRLA battery production was designed.The working principle of the welding machine was described,and its main mechanisms were designed.Welding tests showed that the welding machine was of high efficiency and stable quality.The result has met design requirements.
