羌族与汉族大学生体质状况比较分析

Comparative analysis of physical fitness components of Qiang and Han ethnic college students,Sichuan

目的探讨羌族与汉族大学生体质状况的差异。方法采用文献资料法、测试法、数理统计法对四川某高校非体育专业81名羌族大学生进行身体形态、身体功能、身体素质的统一测试,并与同期随机抽取的非体育专业汉族学生159人的相关情况进行对比分析。结果羌族大学生身体形态状态处于正常水平,但略低于同年龄同性别汉族大学生。羌族大学生的心功能指数低于同性别汉族大学生,呼吸机能指标羌族大学生明显高于汉族大学生。与汉族大学生相比,羌族大学生在身体素质指标上均表现出不同程度的优势,其中立定跳远优势最为明显。结论羌、汉大学生在体质上的差异在身体形态上无明显表现,在身体功能和身体素质指标上差异较明显,羌族大学生优于汉族大学生。羌族大学生可能在进行与爆发力相关的各类体育项目中有一定优势。

Objective To evaluate the physical fitness components of Qiang and Han ethnic college students.Methods We randomly selected 81 and 159 college students of Qiang ethnic minority and Han ethnic groups from non-physical science and education majors in Sichuan,respectively.The physical fitness components of students were selected by literature review and measured with physical conditions.Results Mean body mass index（BMI） is lower in Qiang ethnic college students than in Han ethnic group with same sex and age.Qiang ethnic college students have lower values of cardiac functions and much better results of pulmonary function tests than their Han counterparts（P0.05）.Qiang ethnic students are excellent in some physical activities,especially in standing long jump.Conclusion The results suggest that there are differences in body functions and physical activities between Qiang and Han ethnic group students.Qiang ethnic college students may have some advantage in sports that need explosive strength.
