阿托伐他汀对血脂正常自发性高血压大鼠血压、血脂和炎症因子的影响 被引量:6

摘要 目的:探讨阿托伐他汀对血脂正常自发性高血压大鼠(SHR)血压、血脂和炎症因子的影响。方法:筛选血脂正常SHR和Wistar-Kyoto大鼠(WKY),喂养8周后取血、分离主动脉,测量总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)、一氧化氮(NO)、一氧化氮合酶(NOS)及一系列炎症因子。结果:阿托伐他汀降低SHR血压,降低TC、TG、LDL-C,升高血清NO浓度和主动脉NOS活性,降低血清高敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)、白介素-6(IL-6)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)浓度。结论:阿托伐他汀具有降低血脂正常SHR血压,调节血脂,改善内皮功能及抗炎作用,推测这些作用参与改善高血压血管重塑。
