基质金属蛋白酶-9在软骨肉瘤中的表达及临床意义

Expression of MPP-9 protein in chondrosarcoma and its clincal significance

目的:探讨基质金属蛋白酶-9(MMP-9)蛋白在软骨肉瘤中的表达及临床意义。方法:应用SP免疫组化法检测MMP-9蛋白在28例软骨肉瘤、12例良性软骨肿瘤及10例正常软骨中的表达。结果:软骨肉瘤中MMP-9蛋白表达阳性百分比为71.43%(20/28),高于良性软骨肿瘤组及正常软骨组,且在转移组高于未转移组,差异具有显著性。结论:MMP-9蛋白在软骨肉瘤的形成和发展中起不同程度的作用,其对软骨肉瘤组织学分级、恶性进展和预后判断具有重要的价值。

Objective：To investigate the MPP-9 protein expression in chondrosarcoma and its clincal Significance.Methods：Using immunohistochemistry test（S-P methods）,We examined the expressions of MPP-9 protein in 28 cases of chondrosarcoma,12 cases of benign cartilage tumor and 10 cases of normal cartilage as control group.Results： The expression of MPP-9 protein was 71.43% in chondrosarcoma.The positive rate of MPP-9 in chondrosarcoma was significantly higher than that in normal cartilage tissue and cartilage tumor.Conclusion： MPP-9 protein expression is closely related to tumorigenesis of chondrosarcoma,suggesting that MPP-9 protein may serve as a valuable marker for histologic grade,malignant development and prognostic assessment of chondrosarcoma.
