超声引导下先心病封堵介入治疗54例 被引量：3

摘要 先心病在封堵介入治疗中超声心动图作为必要的辅助诊断手段,完善手术过程,保证手术的成功,起到积极地作用。资料与方法1一般资料54例先心病患者,男30例,女24例,其中24例为继发孔型房间隔缺损,17例为膜周部室间隔缺损,13例为动脉导管未闭,所有患者术前均经超声心动图严格筛查,界定为符合封堵介入手术的条件。2仪器与方法介入方法GEViVid7彩色超声诊断仪,探头M3S,频率为3.5MHz。继发孔型房间隔缺损,膜周部室间隔缺损,动脉导管未闭封堵介入术均经皮穿刺股静脉或股动脉,将封堵器经输送鞘管置入缺损或未闭的导管处,
