葛根芩连汤对溃疡性结肠炎模型大鼠血清Bcl-2、TGF-β1的影响 被引量:11

摘要 目的:探讨葛根芩连汤对UC大鼠血清Bcl-2、TGF-β1的影响。方法:根据体重将60只SD大鼠随机分为正常组、模型组、对照药组、葛根芩连汤组;采用免疫诱导法(第1、10、17、24d于大鼠双侧足趾、双侧腹股沟及背部皮下注射抗原乳化液)复制UC大鼠模型;第30d观察大鼠结肠黏膜组织损伤程度并评分,ELISA法分析血清Bcl-2、TGF-β1水平变化。结果:UC模型大鼠结肠溃疡形成,可伴有炎症、充血、水肿等病理改变;UC模型大鼠血清Bcl-2、TGF-β1水平显著降低(P<0·05);葛根芩连汤组血清Bcl-2、TGF-β1升高(P<0·05)。结论:UC模型大鼠结肠黏膜损伤,葛根芩连汤可改善其结肠黏膜损伤程度,这可能与血清Bcl-2、TGF-β1水平的变化有关。 Objective: The study was designed to discuss the effect of GegenQinlian decoction on serum Bcl-2, TGF-β1 in ulcerative colitis. Methods: 60SD rats were randomly divided into control group, model group, control drug group and Gegen- Qinlian decoction group according to weight. The UC rats were induced by immunization ( antigen emulsion was injected in bilateral toes, bilateral inguinal an subcutaneous of rats at 1, 10, 17, 24day). The colonic damage and score were administrated at 30d and serum Bcl-2and TGF-β1 were analyzed by ELISA. Results: The colonic ulceration might be associated with inflammation congestion, edema and other pathological changes in UC rats. The serum Bel-2and TGF-β1were significantly decreased in UC rats (P〈0. 05), GegenQinlian decoction elevated the serum Bcl-2and TGF-β1in UC rats (P〈0.05). Conclusion: Colonic mucosal injury in UC rats, C, egenQinlian decoction can improve the level of the colon mucosa, which may be concerned with the change of serum Bcl-2, TGF-β1.
