摘要
以泰勒的科学管理和作业成本法为依据,按照临床路径的标准程序,针对病种测算医生的直接工作量和间接工作量,进而建立了医生人力配置模型,为医院科室单病种医生配置提供依据。
A medical human resources allocation model was established by evaluating the physicians' direct and indirect workload according to the standard workflow of clinical pathway.The model was based on Taylor's scientific management and activity-based costing theory,which provided as a reference for doctor allocation in single disease in the hospital.
