摘要
目的:研究在上海市公共卫生"新三年行动计划"中重点学科的发展情况,比较各个学科的发展成效,为公共卫生学科的进一步发展提供政策建议。方法:问卷调查。结果:各个重点学科有了不同程度的发展,但学科间的发展成效有较大差异。结论:应对不同学科实行差异化建设,完善学科评价机制,促进重点学科的内涵式发展。
Objective: To evaluate the development of key disciplines in the second round Public Health 3-Year Action Plan in Shanghai,and provide policy recommendations for further development of public health disciplines.Methods: Questionnaire survey was used.Results: All key disciplines had different levels of development.There were great differences among development of disciplines.Conclusion: Differentiation construction strategies and the improvement of the discipline evaluation mechanisms should be implemented to promote the connotative development of key disciplines.
