中高职护生性健康知识现况调查

The investigation of sexual health for vocational nursing students

目的:了解中高职护生性健康知识现状,探索不同学制护生性健康知识的差异,为开展中高职护生性健康教育和行为干预提供依据。方法:方便抽样,采用自行设计性健康知识问卷,对三所职业卫生学校不同学制且均即将进入临床实习在校护生进行调查。结果:护生性健康知识得分分别为性生理知识4.41±1.64,性心理知识5.02±1.88,性伦理知识6.84±1.82,性行为与性病知识3.23±1.60,避孕知识4.55±1.59,性知识总分24.05±5.11;不同学制护生在对性健康知识的总体了解上差异有统计学意义(P=0.000)。结论:中高职护生对性健康知识了解匮乏,难以满足其未来职业的要求,学校应加强对中高职护生性健康教育,增加相关课程设置。

Objectives： To understand the sexual health knowledge and the difference of the knowledge between different educational system for vocational nursing students.And to provide a basis for carrying out a sexual health education for the act of intervening.Methods： Using the self-designed questionnaire about sexual health knowledge by convenience sampling,taking the three different medical vocational school students as subjects of study,and using the anonymous way to write the questionnaire survey.Results： On sex physiological knowledge,the score is 4.41±1.64,on sex psychology,the score is 5.02±1.88,on sex ethics,the score is 6.84±1.82,on sex behavior and venereal disease,the score is 3.23±1.60,on contraceptive knowledge,the score is 4.55±1.59,the aggregate score of sexual knowledge is 24.05±5.11.There is statistical significance for the general understanding of the sexual knowledge for different educational system students（P=0.000）.Conclusion： As vocational nursing students,their knowledge about sexual health is lacking,which can not meet the needs of future career.The school should attach importance to knowledge of sexual health education,and offer the courses.
