Sexual offender recidivism risk factors and community supervision

性犯罪人重新犯罪是一种严重的社会问题,它给社会带来很大的危害。准确评估并分析性犯罪人重新犯罪的风险因素对预测重犯风险、降低重犯率,具有重要意义。本文从个人风险因素和环境风险因素两个方面对其进行分析;针对这些风险因素,笔者提出了自我监控和外部监控的社区监控对策。

Sex offender recidivism is a serious social problem,which caused very serious harm.Accurate assessment and analysis of sexual offender recidivism risk factors is of great significance in predicting recidivism risk,reducing recidivism rate.This article analyses the risk factors from two aspects,including the individual risk factors and environmental risk factors;then some countermeasures of community supervison are proposed by the risk factors,including self-monitoring and external monitoring measures.
