摘要
研究麻黄附子细辛汤中细辛挥发油的最佳提取工艺.以挥发油的提取率为评价指标,采用正交试验法,考察了浸泡时间、提取时间和加水量对水蒸气蒸馏法提取细辛挥发油的影响.优选细辛挥发油的最佳提取工艺为8倍量水,浸泡3 h,提取3 h.此细辛挥发油的提取工艺简单,方便,可行.
To study the optimum extraction process of asarum essential oil from mahuangfuzixixin decoction.The effect of soaking time,extracting tine and water times on the extracting asarum essential oil through the steam distillation was studied by orthogonal experiment with the extracting rate of essential oil as index.The optimun extraction condition was as follow： adding 8 times water,soaking 3 hours and extracting 3 hours.This extraction process for asarum essential oil was simple,convenient and feasible.
