摘要
设计低温设备应用在一个小型冷库.该实验库体的外形尺寸为3 500 mm×2 500 mm×2 000mm(长宽高),目的是研究并开发一种新型环保的低温制冷设备使实验库体的温度达到-80℃.针对制冷系统的改进、环保制冷剂的运用以及制冷工质组分配比的设计,在低温制冷系统设计优化等方面提供具有参考价值的分析方法,为单级压缩非共沸工质的广泛应用作出贡献.
This paper studied on design of low-temperature device using a small cold storage,the body dimensions of the cold storage was 3 500 mm×2 500 mm×2 000 mm to develop a new environmentally friendly low-temperature refrigeration device so that the body temperature could reach-80 ℃.Improvements for the refrigeration system,the use of environmentally friendly refrigerants and the design of refrigerant distribution ratio,and also the optimization to the refrigeration system provided a value reference,made contribution to single-stage compression of non-azeotropic refrigerant to a wide range of applications.
