摘要
食品加工业实施科技创新对于提高企业的市场竞争力,满足经济快速增长下人们对于加工类食品的要求有着重要意义。该文阐述了食品加工业存在的一些问题,对于食品加工业科技创新的现状进行了分析,论述了食品加工业科技创新在技术、产品品种、食品包装、采购和销售渠道、管理体系等五个方面的创新内容,并分析了政府、高校及科研院所、企业三者如何协调合作提高食品加工业科技创新。
Technological innovation in food processing industry is of great significance in improving the competitiveness of enterprises under rapid economic growth,and satisfying people's demand for manufactured food.This study expounds some problems existing in the food processing industry,and analyzes the present status of technological innovation.This paper discusses innovation of the food processing industry in technology,product variety,food packaging,procurement and sales channels,management system,and the contents of the five aspects of innovation.Measures that the government,universities and research institutes,and enterprises should employ to cooperate and coordinate so as to improve food processing technology innovation are also discussed.
