丹参酮ⅡA磺酸钠对糖尿病患者血液流变学及血脂的影响研究

The Effects of Tanshinone ⅡA Sulfonate on Hemorheology and Blood Lipid in Patients with Diabetes Mellitus

目的观察丹参酮ⅡA磺酸钠对糖尿病患者血液流变学及血脂的影响。方法糖尿病患者108例,随机分为实验组和对照组,每组各54例。对照组给予常规治疗;实验组在对照组基础上给予丹参酮ⅡA磺酸钠注射液,疗程14d。比较治疗前后血液流变学指标和血脂变化。结果与对照组比较,治疗后实验组血清总胆固醇、三酰甘油、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇均明显降低(P<0.05);全血黏度、血浆黏度等血流变学指标均有统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论丹参酮ⅡA磺酸钠能够调节血脂,改善血液流变学异常,对糖尿病患者具有保护作用。

Objective To observe the effect of tanshinone Ⅱ A sulfonate on hemorheology and blood lipid in patients with diabetes mellitus.Methods 108 patients with diabetes were randomly divided into experimental group and control group, 54 cases in each group.Control group was given the conventional treatment,while in experimental group tanshinone Ⅱ A sulfonate injection was added on the basis of control group for a period of 14d.Two groups changes of hemorheology index and blood lipid before and after operation were compared.Results Compared with control group, experimental group′s serum total cholesterol,triglyceride and low density lipoprote in cholesterol were obviously decreased （P〈0.05）,the difference of hemorheology indexes such as whole blood viscosity and plasma viscosity had statistical significance （P〈0.05）.Conclusion TanshinoneⅡ A sulfonate can regulate blood lipid, improve hemorheology abnormality and produce protective effect on patients with diabetes.
