摘要
目的探讨珲春市2008年5月—2010年5月手足口病疫情分布特点。方法从疾病监测信息系统中导出全市报告的所有手足口病病例资料,采用SPSS13.0统计软件进行描述性流行病学分析。结果全市共报告手足口病2757例,年均发病率67.84/10万。其中男1866例,女891例,≤5岁的儿童占总病例数的86.2%,散居儿童占总病例数的83.21%。共报告重症病例10例,死亡3例,均为散居儿童。结论珲春市手足口病发病以散居儿童为主,应采取相关防控措施,以保护儿童健康。
Objective To study Hunchun County from May 2008 to May 2010 hand, foot and mouth disease （HFMD） epidemic distribution.Methods From the ＂disease surveillance information system＂ export Hunchun County all reported cases of hand, foot and mouth disease outbreak data, using SPSS statistical software for analysis.Results The county reported a total of 2575 cases, average annual reported incidence rate of 67.84/100,000 （male 1866, female 891）, children under 5 years of 86.2% of the total number of cases, scattered total number of cases of 83.21%.Severe Cases were reported in 10 cases,Death, 3 cases were children scattered.Conclusion hand, foot and mouth disease Hunchun County children to scattered mainly related to prevention and control measures should be taken to protect children′s health.
