临床护理路径健康教育在接受TURP治疗患者中的效果评价

Effect evaluation of health education in clinical nursing pathway for TURP patients

目的评价临床护理路径健康教育在接受TURP治疗患者中的应用效果。方法将我科接受TURP治疗的患者依据住院证单双号随机将71例患者纳入对照组,85例患者纳入观察组,对照组采用随机健康教育方法,观察组采用事先制订周密的健康教育路径进行健康教育,对两组患者在掌握疾病相关知识﹑相关技能﹑认知态度和行为﹑健康教育达标率﹑对护士的满意度5个方面进行效果评价。结果两组患者在掌握相关知识、掌握相关技能、认知态度和行为、达标、对护士的满意度方面均存在统计学差异,P<0.05。结论应用健康教育路径对TURP患者进行健康教育效果优于随机健康教育方式,达到满意护理效果。

Objective To evaluate the application of health education in clinical nursing pathway in patients who undergo transurethral resection of the prostate （TURP）. Methods Patients in our department who underwent TURP were randomly divided into treatment group and control group based on hospitalization number, 71 patients were enrolled into the control group, 85 patients were enrolled into the treatment group. Random health education was performed in control group, a detailed health education program in clinical nursing pathway was well practiced in the treatment group. The knowledges and skills about the disease, the attitudes and behaviors toward the disease, the compliance rate of health education, and satisfaction rate for the nurses were evaluated. Results The evaluated indexes above had statistical significant difference in the two groups （P0.05）. Conclusions Health education pathway for TURP patients is better than random health education, it can acquired satisfactory clinical nursing care effects.
