移圈针织物的产品设计与制作

Design and manufacture of knitted fabric with the loop transfer structure

探讨了移圈产品的设计与工艺。根据直接在针床上移圈形成网孔的原理,设计出波浪状和方孔状花色移圈组织共2款;根据后针床的平移参与移圈形成网孔的原理,设计出树枝状移圈组织1款。以36.7 tex×2(16S/2)和29.2 dtex×2(20S/2)棉毛腈混纺纱为原料,对3款织物采用的工艺规格、编织设备、组织设计等进行了介绍。试织结果表明,经编织所得移圈针织物外观与设计效果基本一致。

This paper described two kinds of formation principles of the new-fashioned loop transfer structure,One is picking holes directly when weaving,then a kind of wave-like loop transfer structure and a square hole shape are given.The other is moving the needles in different needle bar to pick holes when weaving,then a kind of arborization loop transfer structure is obtained.The 36.7？tex×2（16S/2） and 29.4dtex×2（20S/2） cotton wool and acrylic yarn was used as the raw materials in the research.Finally,the loop transfer fabrics are achieved by the flat knitting machine according to the design results,which gives a basis for the development of the newly loop transfer structures.
