摘要
在概述常规织物的阻燃产品应用开发和阻燃机理的基础上,深入介绍几种典型的高性能阻燃纤维(Nomex、Kanekalon Protex、Basofil等),并对比我国自行开发的聚砜酰胺(芳砜纶)纤维,分析各自的优缺点。简要说明聚砜酰胺纤维的合成与功能改性方面的研究现状,探索通过共混改性技术,优化改良聚砜酰胺纤维的抗静电、抗紫外等性能,提高聚砜酰胺制品的服装适用性。
Based on the introduction of the development of the flame retardant conventional fabric products and its mechanism,several typical high performance flame retardant fibers(Nomex,Kanekalon Protex,Basofil,etc.) are investigated through the comparison with polysulfonamide fiber.The current status of the synthesis and functional modification of polysulfonamide materials is described briefly;a preliminary attempt to modify the electroconductive and ultraviolet resistance property using polymer-particle blending techniques is also investigated for the purpose of improving the comfort of PSA products.
