折纸原理在三维盒装结构织物造型设计中的应用研究

摘要 通过对盒状结构折纸工艺原理分析,将其设计原理和成型方法,应用于三维盒状织物结构件的设计与研制。结果表明:采用角联编织结构为基础组织结构,通过合理的纬纱路径设计,分区域、分层设计织物结构,可以实现三维结构纺织品在普通提花织机上的成型织造,达到特殊结构的三维织物一次成型要求;为角联编织组织结构的复杂造型织物预制件提供设计参考。 The article focuses on manufacturing three-dimensional fabrics with principle of folding.It is necessary to carry out an in-depth study into the designing methods and manufacturing process of box-shaped fabrics.The result shows that the structural integrity of three-dimensional fabrics with particular structures can be woven with common jacquard looms on the texture of angle-interlock fabrics as the basic weave structure,and appropriately the routes of picks designed in a multi-layered and multi-regional texture.The study proves to be highly valuable in the application of angle-interlock fabrics in the designing process of other composite fabric preformed units with complicated molding.
