摘要
[目的]分析不同生长阶段不同玉米品种玉米须多糖的含量。[方法]采用微波法提取玉米须多糖,对不同日期采摘的农大610、郑单958、东单213、啃黏4个品种玉米须中多糖含量进行了比较。[结果]4个品种玉米须中多糖含量随着出须时间的延长逐渐升高,达到最高值之后下降。不同品种间乳熟期玉米须多糖含量为东单213>郑单958>啃黏>农大610;成熟期玉米须多糖含量为郑单958>啃黏>农大610>东单213;农大610、郑单958、东单213和啃黏乳熟期玉米须中多糖含量是成熟期的9.79、10.28、16.98和9.60倍。[结论]该研究可以为玉米须多糖制品的生产厂家更合理地利用玉米须提供理论依据。
[Objective]The aim was to analyze the corn stigma polysaccharide content of different corn varieties at different growth stages.[Method]Corn stigma polysaccharide of different corn varieties,Nongda610,Zhengdan958,Dongdan213 and Kennian,were extracted at different growth stages by microwave assisted extraction and their contents were compared.[Result]The results showed that the polysaccharide content of 4 corn varieties increased with time and decreased gradually after the peak value.The corn stigma polysaccharide content of different corn varieties reduced in accordance with Dongdan213,Zhengdan958,Kennian,Nongda610 at milk stage,and Zhengdan958,Kennian,Nongda610,Dongdan213 at mature stage.The corn stigma polysaccharide content in Nongda610,Zhengdan958,Dongdan213 and Kennian at milk stage was 9.79,10.28,16.98 and 9.60 times compared to that of at mature stage.[Conclusion]The study provide a theoretical basis for manufacturers which using corn stigma to produce products containing polysaccharide reasonably using corn stigma.
