摘要
[目的]研究6种中草药对大肠杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌的单方抑菌效果。[方法]采用水煎剂法提取6种中草药有效成分,采用滤纸片扩散法检测抑菌效果。[结果]6种中草药对大肠杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌均有明显的抑菌作用,并且随浓度增加抑菌效果增强。6中草药对大肠杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌的最佳抑菌浓度均为1.000 0 g/ml(个别除外),但相同浓度下,抑菌效果也不同。[结论]野菊花、蛇莓、地黄、泽漆、紫苏和荔枝草6种中草药有效成分对大肠杆菌和金黄色葡萄球菌均有明显的抑菌作用。
[Objective] The aim was to study the unilateral bacteriostatic effect of 6 kinds of Herb on Escherichia coli and Staphylococcus aureus.[Method] The active ingredients of the six kinds of Herb were extracted by water extracting method,and the bacteriostatic effect of the Herb was tested by the paper filtering method.[Result] The results showed that six kinds of herbs had all significant inhibitory effect to Staphylococcus aureus and Escherichia coli,and the inhibitory effect gradually increased along with the increasing concentration of the herbs.The best bacteriostatic concentration of the herbs was all 1.000 0 mg/ml.The bacteriostatic effect was different at the same concentration.[Conclusion] The active ingredients extracted from the six kinds of Herb all had the significant inhibitory effect on Staphylococcus aureus and Escherichia coli.
