Study on Employment Transfer Patterns of Rural Labor Force in China's Western Regions

对我国西部地区农村劳动力转移就业的现状进行了研究,并在研究的基础上提出适合西部地区农村劳动力转移就业的3种模式:就地务农就业模式、小城镇非农异地就业模式和长距离非农异地就业模式。

The current situation of the employment transfer of rural labor force in western regions of China was studied.Based on the study,three patterns for it were put forward,namely,local agriculture employment pattern,small-town non-agriculture employment pattern and long-distance non-agriculture off-site employment patterns.
