Evaluation on the Harmonious Degree between Marine Economy and Social Economy in Jiangsu Province

在阐述海洋经济与社会经济发展和谐度内涵及其特征的基础上,建立了江苏海洋经济与社会经济发展和谐度评价指标体系,运用灰色关联模型,定量测度江苏海洋经济与社会经济发展和谐度,并从加快发展海洋经济总量规模、优化海洋产业结构、提高海洋经济效率、促进海洋可持续发展等角度提出促进江苏海洋经济和社会经济和谐发展的对策和措施。

This paper establishes the indicator system of the harmonious degree between marine economy and social economy for evaluation in the basis of introducing the content and features of the harmonious degree between marine economy and social economy.With the use of gray correlation model,this paper quantitatively evaluates the harmonious degree between marine economy and social economy in Jiangsu Province using the relevant data.And this paper also gives useful countermeasures which benefit for the development of both marine economy and social economy in Jiangsu Province from the view of speeding up the scale,optimizing the industry structure,improving the efficiency and promoting the sustainable development of marine economy.
