桥头堡背景下云南省农村信息化建设对策研究

Research on Yunnan Rural Informationization Construction Based on Bridgehead

从桥头堡建设与云南农村信息化建设的关系出发,阐述云南省农村信息化现状、存在的问题,提出桥头堡背景下云南省农村信息化建设的对策建议,并重点从农村信息化的标准化、农村信息资源整合、农村信息化的多语种进程、农民信息意识培养、农村信息安全等5个方面进行深入探讨。

Starting from the relationship between the bridgehead construction and Yunnan rural informationization construction,the current situation,existing problems of Yunnan rural informationization were elaborated,some countermeasures were put forward.We should focus on the standardization of rural informationization,integration of rural information resources,rural informationization multilingual process,the cultivation of farmers information consciousness,and rural information security.
