摘要
转向系统的NVH性能是影响整车NVH性能的重要因素之一,研究转向系统的NVH具有重要的意义。本文综述了转向系统NVH方面的研究,介绍了制动引起的方向盘抖动现象及其机理,阐述了制动力矩波动、制动压力波动以及制动盘端面跳动等对方向盘抖动产生影响的因素;对电动助力转向器助力电机产生的振动和液压动力转向器的振动导致转向系统的振动进行了回顾,重点介绍了液压助力转向泵引起的振动和噪声问题,以及改善其NVH性能的方法和途径;同时回顾了转向轮摆振现象及其机理,以及转向轮摆振的多体系统动力学研究方法,着重阐述了将转向轮摆振系统看成一个多输入多输出的复杂非线性系统的研究方法,并对其它原因引起的方向盘振动进行了介绍。最后,对未来的研究工作提出了一些展望。
NVH characteristics of steering system are important for improving vehicle NVH performance. In this paper, research on NVH performance of steering system was reviewed. Meanwhile, the phenomenon and mechanism of steering wheel brake judder were introduced. The influence of brake torque variation, brake pressure variation and disc side face run-out on brake judder were stated. The paper also reviewed the vibration of steering system caused by the vibration generated by the motor of electric power steering system and the pump of hydraulic power steering system. Especially, the problem of vibration and noise caused by hydraulic pump and the methods of improving NVH performance were introduced. Moreover, the phenomenon and mechanism of front wheel shimmy were introduced. The front wheel shimmy was studied by using the method of multi-body system dynamics which considers a multi-input, multi-output and complicated nonlinear system. The vibration of steering wheel caused by other aspects was introduced as well. Finally, some suggestions are given for the future research.
