摘要
基于点焊单搭接剪切拉伸试验,在ANSYS软件环境中模拟点焊连接的力学特性,从材料模型、计算模型等方面,尤其是焊点单元与基材单元的连接方式对点焊连接在剪切拉伸工况下的建模方法进行研究。针对焊点单元与基材单元的共节点连接、MPC连接、节点耦合连接3种情况,通过模拟计算结果与真实试验结果的比对,得出较为精确的焊点连接模拟方法,并对焊点单元与基材单元的不同连接方式建模的优劣进行分析。
Based on the shear test, the paper explored an available simulation method used for spot weld-bonded joints in the ANSYS Workbench environment. The research focuses on the material model, calculation model and especially on the simulation method for the joint between the spot elements and the plate elements. On the basis of real shear test result, a finite element model was built to determine the most accurate simulation method for spot-welded joints by comparing the results of three methods: the conode method, MPC method and node coupling method.
