形变热处理对AI-zn-Mg-Cu合金板材组织与硬度的影响 被引量:12

EFFECTS OF THERMAL MECHANICAL TREATMENT ON THE MICROSTRUCTURES AND HARDNESS OF AN Al-Zn-Mg-Cu ALLOY PLATE

摘要 研究了形变热处理(TMT:固溶-淬火-预析出-轧制)Al-7.81Zn-1.81Mg-1.62Cu合金板材中MgZn2等第二相粒子的析出形貌和数量及其对板材组织、织构和硬度的影响.结果表明,在TMT过程中形成的纳米/亚微米尺寸MgZn2粒子,在固溶处理过程中对亚晶界/晶界迁移形成了强烈的阻碍作用,但不会诱发粒子激发形核(PSN)再结晶.在本文实验条件下,合适的TMT制度可大幅降低材料的再结晶分数,载荷为29.4 kN的Vickers硬度由176 HV提高至203HV(提高了约15%). The effects of thermal mechanical treatment (TMT: solution-quenching-precipitationrolling) on the morphology and the amount of the precipitates in an Al 7.81Zn 1.81Mg 1.62Cu alloy plate and the effects of those particles on the microstructures, textures and hardness have been studied. During TMT, MgZn2 particles with nano/submicron scales significantly inhibit the migration of sub- grain/grain boundaries but would not induce particle simulated nucleation (PSN) recrystallization. An appropriate TMT process results in the remarkable diminish of recrystallization and increases Viekers hardness by 15% .
